Weird as shit and I love it. This book is shorter than I had anticipated, but still meaty enough with memorable characters and an especially memorable setting. The fires! The lust! The mirrors!! The entire story is one that really shouldn’t work, but does anyway, and it’s stuck with me all week. Three cheers for Jill Myles/Jessica Claire and her inexhaustible imagination.
Unfortunately, this seems to no longer be sold separately from Jill Myles’s Anthology of Tales, but they’re all steamy and hilarious. Definitely worth a read for a fun evening.
